Vanessa Paradis: a Career to Envy
Many models just starting out and hoping to be discovered by filmmakers will envy Vanessa Paradis’ career. She was asked by Chanel to promote their Coco Chanel perfume and that project was so successful that they asked her to do another promotion for them again, this time for their line of handbags called “Ligne Cambon.”
Vanessa Paradis is French and is currently in a relationship with Johnny Depp, an American actor. Their relationship started back in 1998. They divide their time between Hollywood and the south of France where they maintain residences. They also have properties in Paris and Manhattan. Vanessa Chantal Paradis was born on December 22, 1972 in Val-de-Marne, France and is best known as a singer and actress. She was first spotted in a TV show called “L’ecole des fans.” Her first single, “La Magie des surprises-parties” was released in 1985 but achieved fame with the song “Joe le taxi” in 1987.
